• If glucose level is 200 mg/dL or above- person is diabetic
• If glucose level is 139 mg/dL and below- person is non-diabetic or normal
• If glucose level is 140 mg/dL to 199 mg/dL- person is pre-diabetic
• If glucose level is 200 mg/dL and above- person is diabetic

Even gestational diabetes is diagnosed based on plasma glucose values obtained during the OGTT test.

Diabetes Test # 3- Random plasma glucose test

This diabetes test measure blood glucose level with regard to when you ate your last meal. However random plasma glucose diabetes test is performed to diagnose diabetes instead of pre-diabetes.
